The Hotel El Mountazah (ex-Le Rocher) is located in Seraïdi in the heart of the Edough mountain range on the heights of Annaba at an altitude of 1000 meters, literally perched on a rock offering a panoramic view of the coast and the surrounding cork oak forest.
It takes half an hour to get from the city center of Annaba to the hotel. The hotel is accessible by road and cable car.
